Insurgent (5 Reach) Fan Made Faction Stable Snow Kingdom by SuPaCatOnE Art by SuPaCatOnE A nomadic people from the Far North, the Snow Kingdom is expanding its territory by making snow fall in the clearings, reducing the capabilities of its adversaries in the process. It will be able to count on its Shamans before they go on Spiritual Retreat, and above all, it will have to respect the Cold Chain if it doesn't want its Igloos to melt before our eyes!

Insurgent Fan Made Faction Testing Riverfolk Company NEO by greztrez A retooling of the classic Riverfolk Company. To make a long story short, this rework aims to make the Otters care more about their map presence and encourage enemy factions to engage with their services with purchases by making the services provided a lot more stronger and useful for enemy factions. Enemies can now use the Otter's powerful crafting track, and can even use all of the Otter's Crafted Card abilities for one turn. Yes, that includes card abilities such as Coffin Makers and even abilities that require the card to be discarded. This rework also introduces a Refund mechanic that encourages more low-warrior count factions to purchase and engage with the mechanics. Other notable changes are tradepost tokens no longer being permanently discarded from the game when removed and a buff to the Export ability, as well as a natural Draw 1 card at the very end of Evening, once service prices have been finalized.
Insurgent (5 Reach) Fan Made Faction Development Riverfolk Company 2.0 by Milan Tol A Riverfolk Company rework to make the faction viable for competitive play. In this version, the otters add subtle modifications to basic actions (move, battle, build, craft) in clearings with tradeposts. In return, other players always pay tax. This creates highly interactive gameplay, where otters must place tradeposts strategically to gain as many funds, while not spreading themselves too thin.
Insurgent (5 Reach) Fan Made Faction Development Riverfolk Sellswords by KingLuigiNL As a variant of the otters, you no play the sly merchant, instead you sell your contract as a mercinary company. allowing you to share rule and movement, and gain some other benifits. but if nobody has enough to offer, the sellswords will instead become brigands, wrecking shop wherever they go.

The gilled brotherhood are a faction of fish who came from the deep in search of more land, so they decided to flood yours. The gilled brotherhood play a high risk high reward kind of play much alike the crows and WA but militant, they replace warriors with floods and gain more actions the more they build but if they want more warriors they have to destroy their own building losing an extra action.
Fan Made Faction Inactive Starling Murmuration by TenCzwarty In perfect flight, you descend upon the chaos. The murmuration begins - the forest will fall in formation.
Insurgent (2 Reach) Fan Made Faction Inactive Cirque du Mallard by Brendz A duck themed faction based around placing event tokens, each of which grant different abilities, and promoting them to increase their effectiveness and score points. As travellers from a far off land, you start your turn as the Cirque du Mallard by placing 2 warriors on opposite sides of the board. In Daylight you may craft using placed events, then use up to 3 actions to place events in clearings you rule, move warriors (and optionally an event with them) or promote an event by removing a warrior from the same clearing. In Evening you battle by discarding cards matching clearings then activate events in order. First Gladiator Arena gives points if hits were dealt in its clearing, then Circus lets you recruit extra warriors in its clearing by discarding a matching card then Gambling House lets you draw extra cards at the end of your turn. After activating an event, it must be moved to an adjacent clearing if possible (ignoring rule). The Cirque perform combat best in front of an audience, with their House Edge ability giving them an extra hit if their die shows on odd number as attacker in clearings with an event. They also gain 1 point for each promoted event per turn. Co-designed with racsopacso

Insurgent Fan Made Faction Inactive Starstruck Soothsayers by Annoying Alchemist The Starstruck Soothsayers are a white faction that has the potential to be very disruptive, but are also heavily telegraphed. Their normal actions aren't very efficient, and they don't accomplish much in combat normally, but they have powerful abilities in the form of Forecasts, which they can activate after putting them on The Horoscope. Forecasts on the Horoscope are stacked on top of one another, and many Forecasts have more potent effects depending on what position in the Horoscope they are in. Additionally, their ability to move and battle while resolving the Horoscope is greatly enhanced, which is important since they only have 8 warriors to work with!
